The road ahead…

So, what’s the plan? It’s simple, I think. The idea is to combine the greatest things on earth: riding motorcycles, watching football games along the way, meeting friends and seeing new places.

I’ll return to Mexico City tomorrow, sucking in the atmosphere around the opener, staying for 3 days before heading to Houston, where I’ll meet Tino, my travel companion for the next 2 weeks. We will watch the Curacao game together, and then fly to Boston, picking up the bikes and starting what hopefully will become an epic journey. First destination Toronto….

Meeting Euibin, traveling the area north of Toronto, watching hopefully the Ghana game and then the German struggle against Ivory Coast, and after 4 days heading back, with a loop through the American Northeast, one of the most blessed areas in the world.
Staying at Rhode Island for 2 nights, watching the England game and after that German vs Ecuador..

Tino has to head home unfortunately to enjoy the blessings of a family and corporate life, and Katsu will arrive from Japan, hopefully Daisuke too, and then to wherever the draft blows us to, following the German and Japanese team…I am afraid it won’t be too long….
